Death certificate for Horace Iacovone, 22 March 1949
Orazio Iacovone was (1875-1949) was a grocery store keeper with Raffaele Angelillo (Ralph Angelo) at 334 Washington Street, Bristol Borough, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. That is according to the 1920 U.S. Federal Census and Orazio's WW1 draft registration card. Orazio was born on 2 July 1875 and died at the age of 73.
The death certificate's informant appears to be Horace's brother Ralph, age 41 in 1930, although Ralph appears not to have known Horrace's mother's maiden name (unless her maiden name was Iacovone, which is also possible).

Notes: Orazio was living in the household of his brother Dominick Iacovone (age 29, naturalized citizen, occupation: barber). Their father's name was Vincent (age 52), their mother's Jane (age 51). Additionally were their sisters Mary (age 20), Caroline (age 17), and their brother Raphael (age 12). About "Jane" I think this: "Giovannina" is the feminine diminutive of "Giovanni" or "John" in English. People named "John" are often called "Jack", and the feminine correspondent of "Jack" is "Jane".
