This is a traglia or slitta ("sleigh", in this case, to carry wheat) from the celebration of La Madonna delle Traglie in Gambatesa.
The view is from a balcony overlooking Largo Fontana. At the top right center of the photograph, the road the procession is coming from is Via Sant'Angelo. (The building in the upper right corner is Gambatesa's post office.) This is from the 1950s or 60s.
